Onboarding wizard and your first week
After signup: the account essentials wizard
Right after you verify your email and sign in, a short wizard collects the essentials:
- Birth date, time (optional but recommended), and location.
- Name parts for numerology.
- Preferences for guidance style and reminders.
A dashboard nudge stays visible until you finish. You can leave and return — progress is saved per step.
Cookie-banner overlap is guarded: if the consent banner covers the wizard on small screens, dismiss the banner first; the wizard waits underneath.
First-week checklist
On the dashboard, Your first week lists five steps:
- Complete the wizard.
- Open your Soul Codex.
- Read today's sky brief.
- Save one personal action.
- Ask Astra one question.
Each step links to the exact page. The checklist remembers what you finished across sessions.
If something looks missing
- Birth time unknown? Skip it — you can add it later in Settings → Profile. Houses and Rising stay labeled needs birth time until then.
- No brief yet? Wait for the next daily generation cycle, then reload Today.
- Tour replay: open the product tour from the help menu any time; it is skippable and shows once per user by default.
