Safety and Trust
Community Guidelines
AstraTalk is built for thoughtful spiritual exploration. These rules keep the community respectful, transparent, and safe for people doing personal work.

What We Expect
Lead With Respect
Treat every member as a real person with their own beliefs, boundaries, culture, identity, and lived experience. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, threats, bullying, slurs, and targeted humiliation are not.
Keep Spiritual Practice Safe
AstraTalk is for reflection, learning, and spiritual exploration. Do not pressure another person to follow a ritual, spend money, make a medical decision, ignore professional care, or act from fear.
No Exploitation Or Manipulation
Do not use readings, energetic language, predictions, or relationship advice to control, shame, isolate, or financially exploit another person. Claims of certainty about death, illness, disaster, or unavoidable fate are not allowed.
Protect Private Information
Do not post someone else's birth data, location, conversation screenshots, health information, financial details, private messages, or identifying information without clear consent.
Share Honestly
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, fabricate testimonials, coordinate fake engagement, or present AI-generated or copied work as original human expertise.
Use The Report Flow In Good Faith
Reports help keep the community healthy. False reports, retaliatory reports, and attempts to silence someone for a respectful disagreement may result in account action.
Not Allowed
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, or content targeting protected identity traits.
- Self-harm encouragement, suicide instructions, or content that glamorizes harm.
- Medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice presented as professional guidance.
- Fraud, phishing, spam, malware, scraped data, or attempts to evade safety systems.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content involving minors.
- Paid services, practitioner claims, or product promises that bypass marketplace policies.
Moderation Actions
Depending on severity and history, AstraTalk may limit reach, remove content, add a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, remove marketplace access, or escalate a safety issue to the appropriate provider or authority when legally required.
Practitioner and marketplace content may receive stricter review because users can make purchasing or care-adjacent decisions from those pages.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was wrong, contact safety@astratalk.com with the account email, content reference, and any context you want reviewed. Appeals are reviewed by safety operators and logged for consistency.
Emergency Boundaries
AstraTalk is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
