1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstraTalk ("the Service"), operated by AstraTalk Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AstraTalk is an AI-powered spiritual exploration platform that provides numerology calculations, astrological chart data, chakra assessments, crystal recommendations, frequency healing, and related content. All services are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

AstraTalk does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional consultation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

AstraTalk offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

• Free trial: No credit card required for the Seeker (free) tier.
• Recurring billing: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are owned by AstraTalk Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Soul Codex data — including your birth data, numerology profile, and chart — belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret calculations and provide guidance. AI-generated content is based on your calculated data but may contain errors or limitations. AI responses do not constitute professional advice and should be treated as exploratory guidance for personal reflection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraTalk Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may request a data export within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
