What Is The Practitioner Marketplace?

AstraTalk's Practitioner Marketplace connects you with verified spiritual practitioners — astrologers, numerologists, energy healers, tarot readers, and more — for live one-on-one sessions. Every practitioner is verified, rated by other clients, and subject to AstraTalk's Community Guidelines and safety policies.

Finding A Practitioner

Browse the marketplace from Dashboard > Marketplace > Find a Practitioner:

Filter by specialty (astrology, numerology, tarot, Human Design, etc.)
Filter by session type (video, voice, text)
Filter by availability and session duration
View verified practitioner profiles with credentials, specialties, bio, and public reviews
See the practitioner's live session rate before booking

Booking A Session

Open a practitioner profile and select Book a Session.
Choose a session type and available time slot.
Review the session rate and estimated session duration.
Complete payment using your saved card or a new payment method.
You receive a booking confirmation and a calendar invite with your session link.

Sessions are charged at the time of booking. AstraTalk collects a platform commission and transfers the remainder to the practitioner via Stripe Connect.

Session Rates

Session rates are set individually by each practitioner. The full rate shown on the booking page is what you pay. There are no additional fees charged to the client.

Preparing For Your Session

Your session link is available in Dashboard > My Bookings.
Join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time using the Join Session button.
Make sure your camera and microphone are working if you booked a video session.
Prepare any questions or topics you want to cover in advance.

Codex Sharing

You can choose to share your Soul Codex data with a practitioner so they can personalize the session. This is opt-in, scope-explicit, and revocable at any time:

Connect: your practitioner gives you a 12-character invitation code (valid 7 days). Enter it in Dashboard > Find a Practitioner > Have an invitation code?.
Review: before anything is shared you see exactly what the practitioner will be able to view — Birth Data, Numerology Profile, Astrology Placements, Chakra Profile, and Crystal Profile — and what stays private (Astra conversations, journal and practice history, intentions, billing).
Consent: tick the consent checkbox and select Accept and connect. Nothing is shared until you do.
Revoke: select Revoke access on the same card (or Stop sharing next to the practitioner in your practice panel). Revoking ends their access immediately; it does not affect past sessions.
The practitioner can only read your Codex data while consent is active.

After Your Session

Your practitioner may share session notes in your My Bookings > Session History tab.
You can submit a star rating and written review from your session detail page.
Reviews are verified (only clients who completed a paid session can review), public, and cannot be removed by the practitioner.

Payments And Receipts

Session payments are processed by Stripe and held in escrow until the session is confirmed complete.
A payment receipt is sent to your account email and is available in Settings > Billing > Session Payments.
Payout to the practitioner is handled automatically by AstraTalk after session completion.

Cancellation And Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session start time for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial or no-refund policy depending on the practitioner's stated terms.
Contact support if you experienced a technical failure that prevented you from joining your session.

Disputes And Safety

If a practitioner behaved inappropriately, made false claims, pressured you, or violated AstraTalk's Community Guidelines:

After the session, select Report an Issue from your booking detail page.
Describe the issue clearly. Your report is private.
AstraTalk reviews all reports within 2 business days.
If your report involves financial harm (unauthorized charge, manipulation for payment), AstraTalk can initiate a payment dispute on your behalf.

Practitioner accounts are suspended during safety investigations. Repeat violations result in permanent removal from the marketplace.

Stripe Charge Disputes

If you filed a dispute with your bank for a session charge:

AstraTalk reviews the dispute and may contact you for additional information.
If the dispute is upheld, a refund is issued through your bank.
If the dispute is not upheld, the charge is reinstated and you will be notified.

Becoming A Practitioner

AstraTalk accepts applications from qualified practitioners. If you hold credentials in astrology, numerology, tarot, Human Design, energy healing, or related modalities and are interested in listing on the marketplace, visit Dashboard > Practitioner Portal to start your application and connect your Stripe account for payouts.
