How do I create an account?

Visit the AstraTalk website, click Sign Up, enter your email and password, and verify your email. The onboarding ritual starts automatically after your first sign-in.

Do I need my exact birth time?

No. You can use AstraTalk without it. However, birth time unlocks your rising sign, house placements, planetary hours, and more accurate astrocartography. If you find your birth time later, you can add it in Settings.

Why do you ask for first, middle, and last name separately?

Each name component carries distinct numerological vibrations. Your first name reflects your personality expression, your middle name reveals hidden desires and talents, and your last name carries ancestral and karmic energy. Calculating them separately and together produces a much richer spiritual profile.

Can I change my birth data after onboarding?

Yes. Go to Settings > Profile to update your birth details. Your Soul Codex and all dependent calculations will regenerate automatically.

Soul Codex

What is the Soul Codex?

The Soul Codex is your personalized spiritual blueprint. It combines your numerology profile, astrology chart, and personal data into one living document that powers all of AstraTalk's personalized guidance.

How is the Soul Codex different from a birth chart?

A birth chart shows planetary positions at the moment of your birth. The Soul Codex integrates your birth chart with your numerology DNA, current planetary transits, chakra state, and personal growth data — it's a dynamic, evolving profile rather than a static snapshot.

Does my Soul Codex change over time?

Yes. While your birth data stays fixed, your Soul Codex incorporates current transits, personal cycles, assessment results, and your engagement patterns. It evolves as you grow.

Astra AI

Who is Astra?

Astra is AstraTalk's AI spiritual guide. Astra has full context of your Soul Codex, birth chart, current transits, and conversation history to provide deeply personalized guidance.

Is Astra a real psychic?

No. Astra is an AI assistant trained on spiritual traditions, astrology, numerology, and wellness practices. Astra is transparent about being AI and does not claim psychic abilities.

Are my conversations with Astra private?

Your conversations are private to your account and are not shared with other users or sold. AstraTalk may use approved infrastructure and AI service providers to process requests, based on your settings and the active privacy policy. AI personalization memory is opt-in.

How many messages can I send to Astra?

Message limits depend on your subscription tier. Seeker and Pathfinder tiers have daily limits. Starseed and above have unlimited conversations.

What spiritual systems does AstraTalk cover?

AstraTalk currently integrates 30+ modalities including Western astrology, numerology, chakra healing, crystal work, tarot, oracle cards, rune reading, Human Design, Enneagram, Gene Keys, Mayan Tzolkin, breathwork, Ayurveda, dream analysis, and more.

Do I need to use all the features?

Not at all. Start with what resonates. Most users begin with their Soul Codex and Daily Ascent, then explore additional tools over time.

What are Daily Ascent insights?

Daily Ascent is your personalized morning briefing that combines your numerology personal day number, current transits, moon phase, and other cycle data into actionable daily guidance.

Where can I find help for a specific dashboard feature?

Open the Support Coverage Map. It maps launch-visible dashboard areas, public calculators, account tools, privacy settings, community features, and automation tools to the right help article.

Practitioner Marketplace

How do I book a session with a practitioner?

Practitioner booking is beta-gated while launch evidence and provider workflows are completed. If it is enabled for your account, go to Dashboard > Marketplace > Find a Practitioner, browse by specialty or availability, open a profile, and select Book a Session. How much does a session cost?

Session rates are set by each practitioner individually. The full rate is shown on the booking page before you confirm. AstraTalk does not charge clients any additional fees.

Can a practitioner see my Soul Codex?

Only if you choose to share it. You can enable or revoke Codex sharing from the practitioner's profile page at any time. See Practitioner Marketplace.

What if I have a problem with a practitioner?

Use the Report an Issue option on your booking detail page. AstraTalk's Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 2 business days. Practitioners are suspended during safety investigations.

Billing

Is there a free plan?

The public pricing model starts with the Seeker subscription tier. Free trials, preview accounts, or internal QA accounts may be offered separately when announced in the app.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing and select a new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately; you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and all data remain intact after cancellation. You revert to Seeker-tier access. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.

Privacy & Safety

Is my spiritual data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed. We never sell your data. See our full Privacy & Safety page for details.

Does AstraTalk give medical advice?

No. AstraTalk is a spiritual wellness platform, not a medical service. Astra will never diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. Always consult qualified professionals for health concerns.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
