Your daily rhythm: one action in the morning, one review at night
AstraTalk runs on a simple rhythm. Morning picks the action. Evening records what happened. Both live on the Today page.
Morning: the AM single-action card
Before noon (your local time), Today shows an AM card with three things:
- A one-line story of today's sky.
- Your power window — the best-feeling stretch of the day.
- One action — the smallest useful step.
Choose Make a plan to save it into your personal practice. The goal and timing are prefilled; finish saving to keep it.
What the AM card is not: it does not promise outcomes, read your calendar, or send reminders. It is a suggestion from verified sky context, not a prediction.
Evening: the PM hit/miss check
After about 6 PM local time, Today shows an evening nudge if you have an unreviewed action due. It names the most overdue item and offers Review (jumps to that entry) so you can mark Completed, Tried part of it, or Skipped.
Reviews take seconds. They feed your action summary (last 100 actions) and help Astra suggest better next steps.
If you see neither card
- The AM card only appears before noon local time.
- The evening nudge only appears when something is due for review.
- Both need at least one saved practice or an active brief. New accounts see them after onboarding and the first brief.
