AstraTalk uses a four-tier subscription model. Each tier unlocks progressively deeper features and higher usage limits. All plans include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

Billing Principles
- Transparent pricing — No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
- Cancel anytime — Self-serve cancellation from your Settings page.
- No dark patterns — We don't guilt-trip you into staying.
- Upgrade or downgrade freely — Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
- Failed payment grace period — We retry failed payments and give you time to update your card before suspending access.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription from Settings > Billing:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Upgrade or downgrade your tier
- Update payment method
- View payment history
- Cancel your subscription
Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription or upgrade, contact support for a full refund.
Marketplace Session Payments
Practitioner marketplace sessions are billed separately from your subscription. When you book a session:
- The session fee is charged at the time of booking via Stripe.
- Session rates are set by each individual practitioner and shown before you confirm.
- AstraTalk collects a platform commission and transfers the remaining amount to the practitioner's connected Stripe account.
- A payment receipt is sent to your account email and appears in Settings > Billing > Session Payments.
Marketplace Refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
- If a practitioner does not show up or the session cannot proceed due to a technical issue, contact Support within 48 hours for a full refund review.
- Stripe processes all marketplace payments; refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Accessing practitioner marketplace workflows may require an active Master tier subscription, practitioner approval, and feature availability in your account.
