When you ask a question, Astra searches this knowledge base to find the most relevant content and weaves it into her response — grounded in real expertise, not improvised answers.

With your permission, Astra remembers important details from your conversations over time. This means she can:

Privacy & Consent

Your memories are fully under your control.

• Astra only stores memories if you opt in to AI personalization in your settings
• All memories are private to your account, not sold, and not shared with other users
• AstraTalk may use approved infrastructure and AI service providers to process requests according to your settings and the active privacy policy
• You can view, delete, or export your stored memories at any time
• If you opt out, no new memories are created and existing ones are not used
• Full GDPR compliance: request a complete export or deletion of all your data

Trust Labels And Evidence

Astra answers can include a Trust Lab label and an evidence panel. These signals show whether the latest algorithm checks are healthy, whether required reference reviews are still pending, and which algorithm references matched the answer.

The evidence panel may include:

• Confidence floor — shown as a badge next to the trust heading, this is the minimum confidence percentage from the latest algorithm run.
• Evidence items — per-check signals (verified, pending, review, unavailable) for the algorithms that contributed to the answer.
• Algorithm references — the specific astrology, numerology, lunar, I Ching, or other algorithms that matched, with fixture counts and evidence-reference counts.
• Caveats — notes from matched algorithms about limitations, edge cases, or conditions that could affect accuracy. These are surfaced so you can apply your own judgment.
• Model routing — which AI provider and model answered the question, including the routing policy and approximate token count.
• Retrieved context — how many knowledge chunks from AstraTalk's curated library and how many of your Soul Memories contributed to the answer.
• What would change this answer — sensitivity factors that describe how different circumstances (new birth time, changed cycle, additional context) would alter the guidance.

Trust labels are conservative. If scheduled checks are missing, drift is detected, or external reviewer evidence is still pending, AstraTalk uses guarded or review-in-progress copy instead of claiming a fully verified answer. Caveats are shown even when the overall trust level is high — they reflect algorithm-level limitations, not an overall reliability concern.
