The Generator is the life force of the planet. Generators have a defined Sacral Center, which gives them sustainable, enveloping energy that is designed to be used in response to life. They are the builders, the workers, and the creators who bring ideas to fruition.

Strategy: Wait to respond.

Generators are not designed to initiate like Manifestors. Instead, they are designed to wait for something in the external world to spark their Sacral response, that gut-level "uh-huh" (yes) or "un-un" (no) that tells them where to direct their powerful energy.

Common Generator challenges: Being conditioned to initiate rather than respond, saying yes to things that do not excite their Sacral, not recognizing the Sacral response, feeling guilty for saying no.

Manifesting Generator

Approximately 33% of the population

The Manifesting Generator is a hybrid Type that combines the initiating energy of the Manifestor with the Sacral power of the Generator. They are the multi-passionate, fast-moving energy beings of the Human Design system.

Strategy: Wait to respond, then inform before acting.

Projector

Approximately 20% of the population

The Projector is the guide, the advisor, and the wise observer of the Human Design system. Projectors do not have a defined Sacral Center, which means they do not have the same sustainable energy as Generators. Instead, they have a focused and absorbing aura that is designed to see deeply into others.

Strategy: Wait for the invitation.
